1. Delivery Coverage

Adira Styles currently ships orders across India. Whether you are ordering women's wear in Raipur or anywhere else in the country, you can place your order directly on adirastyles.in and have it delivered to your doorstep.

In rare cases, certain remote pin codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If this applies to your address, we will inform you after you place your order.

2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and confirmed, our team begins preparing it for dispatch. Order processing — which includes quality checks, packing, and handover to our courier partner — typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed from the next working day. Processing time may occasionally be slightly longer during sale periods, festive seasons, or for made-to-order/unstitched pieces.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 8 to 12 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner servicing your area. Metro cities are usually served faster, while remote or rural pin codes may take a little longer.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier network conditions, weather, or local disruptions beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges on Adira Styles are not fixed and can vary from order to order. Depending on the offer running at the time, your order value, product weight, and delivery location, your shipment may be:

• Free — for example, during promotional periods or above a minimum order value.
• A flat shipping fee — a fixed charge applied regardless of order value.
• Calculated based on order value or location — where the fee depends on your cart total, product weight, or delivery pin code.

The exact shipping charge applicable to your order, if any, will always be clearly shown on the cart and checkout page before you complete payment — so you know the final amount upfront.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, wherever available. You can use this information to track your shipment's progress until it reaches you.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is offered on Adira Styles, but it may not be available for every order. COD availability depends on factors such as your delivery location, order value, and courier serviceability, and is determined automatically at checkout.

If COD is not available for your address or order, you will only see our other payment options — UPI and Razorpay — at checkout.

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet the timelines mentioned above, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to courier network disruptions, natural events, regional restrictions, incorrect or incomplete address details, or high order volumes during sale and festive periods. We appreciate your patience in such situations and will assist you with updates wherever possible.

8. Failed or Unsuccessful Delivery

Our courier partners typically make multiple attempts to deliver your order. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund as applicable, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Shipments

We take care to pack every order securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date, in case of loss) with your order number and photos where applicable, so we can resolve it quickly.
